Provide your family with a comfortable home with the Northwest Inupiat Housing Authority. We offer housing programs for tribal members in Kotzebue, Alaska. Funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), we offer programs designed to help low-income families, including new construction and rental programs.
We are a completely nonprofit organization committed to supporting the local community and Alaska Natives. To be eligible for our housing or rental programs, you must be a Native American and meet certain income guidelines. Please call us to learn more about our programs and to learn if you qualify.
